Monitoring Hull Pile Conditions
Before They Escalate
Temperature sensors that go inside your hull stacks before piling begins. If something starts heating up, you know about it before you see smoke.
How It Works
Sensor units sit above your hull piles with temperature probes running into the stack. Each unit runs on AA batteries and sends readings wirelessly to a base station at your building. If a temperature crosses a threshold, you get a text, an email, and a phone call. Your crew decides what to do next.
Multi-Channel Alerts
When temperatures cross your thresholds, you're notified through multiple channels: SMS text messages, email alerts, and phone call escalation. Monitor everything from the web dashboard. Manage your alert preferences and opt in or out of messaging at any time.
Built from Experience on the Yard
I've worked in a huller. I've run shuttles during harvest. I've helped respond when a neighboring facility caught fire. That's why I built this.
The system has been running for over three months with zero outages. Right now we're in field validation, getting the hardware ready for this season's hull piles.

No commitment. Just a conversation about what hull monitoring could look like at your facility.
